Here is my special formula:
1. exercise for the JOY of exercise. It is a lifestyle, not punishment, not diet, not a fad that can come and go. Exercise is built on consistent, day to day effort, a week to week, month to year commitment.
2. live it, not diet. Attitude determines your latitude, I'm high as a mother fucker, fly as a motherfucker. You are what you eat, don't exceed your calories burned, count every calorie, have a net loss, but don't sacrifice your favorite foods. Make a balanced live it, Enjoy eating vegetables, Drink a glass of water every hour on the hour, give up alcohol and smoking. You will feel fantastic if you do these simple yet seemingly complicated things. Don't give up, remember to be consistent.
3 Cycles. Bicycles, not stairsteppers. Run sprints one day, two days later do long run, one day later do sprints...Do body builders, mountainclimbers, jumping jacks, swimmer motions prostate on ground, body builders, mountainclimbers....etc. Over and over for a half hour, non stop two days weekly.
4. If you are married, have sex every single day.
5. Walk every day, every where. Get a pedometer and try to increase your steps from day to day.
6. Do it in the morning, exercise that is. Get the metabolism started EARLY and feel good all day long.
7. Keep holy the Sabbath. Don't exercise more than 6 days a week.
8. More cycles. Do three weeks of calorie burning intensive workouts, followed by a week to three week rest period, then do a three week muscle building intensive series. Rest, repeat.
9. Remember that you are beautiful inside and that will reflect on your outward appearance. Love yourself, your friends and family, and love God. Pray for dedication and keep in mind the journey is more important than any destination.
or, if you want quicker results, throw up immediately after eating, or become addicted to crystal meth. (I am KIDDING)
