Who do you think should be President of the United States of America

Today was a great day in the Legal System

Let us take a couple of minutes to review what has happened.  I had to leave work early today to go to court.  The reason I am in court is because I made a sharp left turn and "almost" caused an accident.

On the night of February 1, 2013, one Felsbar Muhammad was driving down Washington street, when he realized he was hungry.  He was on his way to work on this morning, and had partied hard the night before at his friends graduation party (he graduated in Criminal Justice, coincidentally) and he had gone to bed already for a couple of minutes to booze off the sleep.  Yes I meant to do that.

Went to court twice now.  And this is the PreTrial.  How does that make sense?  At any rate, lets continue.  The "reason" for court is that he made a sharp left turn, "almost" causing an accident.  This of course is a matter of opinion, and that opinion is the City of Greenfield's fine Police Corps.  Being that he was fully insured, and that nobody was injured in this almost accident, the officer then proceeded to pull a cigar wrapper from behind his ear, or at least what was left of it, some call it a cockroach.  I don't know why they call it a cockroach because I have tried to smoke those before and it doesn't do anything.

Anyhoo, knowing the suspect has a reputation of being pro legalization of Marijuana, the cop immediately began devising a plan to figure out how to screw this poor sap out of some time and money so he could continue to be employed.  He demanded a urine sample be given and placed Mr. Muhammed in a cell until 12 o'clock.  Which, needless to say, when he showed up to work at 12:30 and everyone was leaving, he was fumed!

The anger caused him to forget his first court date, which caused a bench warrant for this individual's arrest.  When the defendant called the court to find out his date which had at that point already passed, he of course turned himself in.  Thus multiple court appearances.

The urine sample has not been tested yet.  So we are waiting on some urine results to filter in.  Thus, we move to have another court date at 5/13/2012.

Who is paying for this?  The city?  The taxpayers?  Let me tell you who is paying for this debacle.  It is me.  I am paying for this debacle.  I go to work so I can have money to fund said debacle and future debacles, and I didn't get to work a full day today.  But while I was at work you better believe I busted my ass and pulled over a hundred for the second day strayght!  Tall GUINEA.

Let's just know that for the record I am smarter than the law so this fiasco will continue as long I want it to.  I could I have not signed a paper, had the trial TODAY, with no evidence, and nothing but my shiny black ass to kiss.

But I signed it, we move forward, and I will be paying all of my debts to society.  Because I do believe in Karma.  And what goes around, well, you know.....comes around.....

After court I hopped in my car which I am not allowed to drive as of yet.....but don't worry, I was doing my best  SAFETY DANCE.
