Hey audience. I have gotten lots of calls today wondering why I hadn't posted something yet, so I just want to say to those people concerned, thank you. It is your tireless curiosity(meddling) that keeps me in such good shape, cyberwise. Also, I want to say thank you to all of you who have given me job offers. I suspect that the economy is still in bad shape, although I wouldn't know it by the kinds of openings I find befalling me. I am weighing my options right now, and still have a few places that I want to check out, but it looks like I should be in good shape.
I want to talk to you for a moment about something I learned long ago. One of my very first friends, 1 year A.D. (removed from: autism defeated) Martin, regailed me with the story of his childhood in Tanzania. That is near Morocco, for all of you geographically deficient out there. He would often talk of the animals he lived amongst and one of them was a tiger. It was mighty beast, the elder of a pack that roamed the Tibetan Lowlands. It was there, in that small Moroccan village where Martin came face to face with the fearsome beast, whom the locals would come to label NightRider over the generations. Martin said in that moment he felt extreme fear, for his buddies had left him behind and he had nothing but his loin cloth to protect him. Surely, he thought, this would be his demise.
In that moment he accepted his mortality, and was overcome with Peace. Martin looked NightRider in the eyes and saw the ancient feline spirit Chaka Kahn flickering in the menacing predator's irises. Complete and total transmission of the Beast was given to Martin, which basically boils down to this. The entire life of the cat was lived in the span of a nanosecond through Martin's eyes. Complete transferral of all information cat related was downloaded and processed by Martin instantaneously. This is what computer people would liken to a "core dump." After the Transmission, Martin knew that this glorious creature before him had lived nothing short of an epic life. He had been on countless hunts. He had fathered generations of cubs who would grow to adore him and tell of his deeds. He had seen just about everything a tiger could ever hope to see. The one thing that tiger had yet to experience was the transmission of the beast.
And at that, the cat left.
And Martin lived to be one of my very best friends.
The point of the story eludes me to this day. What someone once told me though regarding Martin's experience is that the tiger had experienced much, but had not yet experienced the gift of Jesus Christ's Love. He could have devoured this hapless man, instead, the noble tiger gave him Life.
Supposedly, we can create heaven here on Earth. I still don't know if I believe this to be the case. Maybe I am a little bit weary after everything that I have seen out of this Experience. The good book says that the kingdom of heaven is in all of us. I hope to have the humility and the patience to experience all of what Reality has to Teach me.
Love is probably our best assest as we move forward into the crosshairs of Destiny. Love is the glue that keeps things together in this world of endless entropy. We can do well from Loving one another as Jesus taught us to Love.
One of my boys in the Westside Cobras, Nigel Brownstone told me the point of existence is in the eye of the beholder. As he told me this a tear ran down his face. Coincidentally, that very tear rolled right over a teardrop he had tattooed on himself only the week before.
I want to thank you for your patience with me. It has been a long and interesting day. I pray that you all have the Lord's blessing now and forevermore.
Now, I am going to get back to the video I am creating for you, Audience. That is right. In celebration of ten days of sobriety, I am starting FelsonMitchell Films. It would be in your best interest to prepare yourselves to have your socks rocked. Good night. God Bless.
