As I sit here at the terminal, I think to myself....what would God want more than anything in the Cosmos?
Can God even have any wants? Would suggesting He has desires make Him somehow less perfect?
I think if I were God, I would be tired of being up in everyone's business all the time, pulling strings behind every action in space and time throughout the multiverse. I would want the damn thing to eventually learn how to take care of itself.
I think that is where we are heading as a human species. We have killed God in a lot of ways, making Him not necessary. For example, we have harnessed the information inside of DNA, which is the building template for all life as we know it. Man is now capable of taking control of the spaceship and driving it into the future, thereby allowing God to relax a little bit. As this system He has created becomes more and more complex, it begins resembling the Creator more and more. In this way, perhaps we are just another reflection in the Hall of Mirrors that has been God's entire existence. We are creating a temple into the heavens, and we aspire to take our place within the pantheon of God's created previously.
So if you do not create a Heaven on Earth, you are surely in league with Satan, who is in direct oppostion of God. This is the jealousy and the need to control and subjugate that exists within a large percentage of humans being.
If we can all learn to tap into the Goodness that is fundamental in the creation of life, we can begin to come into a more actualized existence.
Go forth and multiply.
