I want you to go to your happy place. It is a quiet place in the center of a forest, before the sun rises when it is at its most peaceful. Go to that spot and in that stillness know your surroundings. Take into consideration all of your actions. Feel the interconnectedness of all things. Move past thought and enter a place of pure being. If you live in the thoughts of the future, you are not in this present moment. If you are worried about something that has happened in the past, you are not in this present moment. The only thing that exists is this PRESENT moment.

Ok. Lets get this straight. There are lots of problems in this world. Our first world trifles are miniscule in light of third world issues. Please understand that you have it so much better than you think you do. But does it all come at a price?
